Terms of Service

Effective October 20, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Lily Living LLC ("we") about using The Voxel Machine: the website, the studio, and the API. By signing in, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

1. The service is in beta

The Voxel Machine is in public beta. Features, limits, and models can change, and things can break. We don't promise any level of uptime during the beta. We'll try to tell you before big changes.

2. Your account

  • You need to be at least 13 years old to use the service.
  • An account is for one person. Keep access to your email address safe, since that's how you sign in.
  • You're responsible for what happens with your account and your API keys. Keep keys secret. If one leaks, revoke it on the API keys page.

3. Free Drafts

  • Each verified card gets 3 free Drafts per day (UTC). They don't roll over. The web studio and the API share the same 3.
  • A card gives free Drafts to one account at a time. Prepaid cards don't get free Drafts. Addresses at throwaway email services don't either.
  • Deleting your account and making a new one doesn't reset the free Drafts a card has used.
  • Free Drafts come from a fixed monthly budget. When it runs out, free Drafts pause for everyone until it resets.
  • We can change free limits, or stop offering free Drafts. Don't make extra accounts, share cards, or use bots or tricks to get more.

4. Paid plans

Paid plans and credits aren't available yet. When they are, we'll add their terms here, including prices, refunds, and when credits expire.

5. What you can't make

Don't use The Voxel Machine to make or try to make:

  • characters, logos, or brands that belong to someone else, like well-known game or movie characters
  • sexual content
  • hate symbols, or content that attacks people for who they are
  • anything involving minors in a harmful way
  • anything illegal, or anything that breaks someone else's rights

We check prompts and may check images. We can block a request, pause free Drafts for an account, or suspend an account that keeps breaking these rules. A blocked request isn't charged.

6. Your content

What you put in. You keep any rights you have in your prompts and anything you upload. You promise you have the right to use what you put in, and that it doesn't break these terms or the law.

What you get out. Between you and us, you own the models and files the service makes for you, as far as the law allows. Some things we can't promise:

  • AI-made work may not be protected by copyright where you live.
  • Someone else may get a similar result from a similar prompt.
  • An output could look like something that belongs to someone else. Check before you use an output commercially.

What you let us do. You give us permission to store, process, and show your content to you, and to send it to the providers that make your models, only as needed to run the service. We use your content to train our models only for projects where you turned on "Help improve the model." You can turn that off at any time.

7. Using the service fairly

Don't:

  • attack, overload, or try to break into the service
  • get around limits, the bot check, or the content filter
  • scrape the site or use it in ways the API doesn't allow
  • resell free Drafts or share accounts to get more of them
  • use outputs or the API to build or train a service that competes with The Voxel Machine

8. The API

  • Test keys are free and return sample models, so you can build your integration first.
  • Live keys use your account's free Drafts. They have rate limits, which we can change.
  • Follow the API documentation, including the limits it lists.

9. Reporting content

If you think something made with The Voxel Machine breaks your rights or these terms, email [email protected] with what it is and where you saw it. We'll look into it and remove it if needed.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your account puts the service or other people at risk, or if the law requires it. If we end the beta or shut down the service, we'll give you notice so you can download your files first.

11. Our part

The Voxel Machine, its software, and its models belong to us. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using the service.

12. No promises

The service is provided "as is." AI can make mistakes, and outputs may not match what you asked for. To the extent the law allows, we don't make any promises about the service, including that it will be available, error free, or fit for a particular use.

13. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, like lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or $50.

14. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you or show a notice in the app before the change takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

15. Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of Utah, USA. Disputes go to the courts in Utah County, Utah.
